There is one free carer ticket available for each paying disabled visitor which can be booked through the visitors team. However, please note that proof of entitlement is required. Please call the visitors service team on 0800 640 4550 or by emailing visitor.services@wbstudiotour.co.uk

Assistance dogs are welcome on the studio tour however dogs in training and other pets are not.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are welcome on the Studio Tour, however please let the studio know in advance if you are coming in a wheelchair as there is a cinema at the beginning with limited capacity.
The studio is accessible for all wheelchairs but there are some areas, such as Diagon Alley, Great Hall’s slate, the Forbidden Forest and the nightbus are not easily accessible. Please call the access number for more details.

There are designated parking available and it is located next to the entrance, please book online.

The Harry Potter Studio Tour is located near the Watford Junction train station and can be accessed from London Euston. There are also several buses oragnised by the Harry Potter Studio Tour from London Kings Cross, London Victoria, Birmingham Coach Station and Birmingham New Street. There is also parking available.
Yes there is a cloakroom available, however it is currently not in use because of the corona virus pandemic.
Yes, there are baby changing facilities available and a private area for parents.
