- Bus: Bus routes 31, 49, 207, 237, 260, 607 and C1 run from Shepherd's Bush Route 148 will run to the Bus Station via Wood Lane. Shepherd's Bush is also served by buses 72, 94, 95, 220, 272, 283, 295 and N207.
- Car: parking is available at Westfield london, but please book before as it is in demand.
- Coach: book and drop-off and pick-up slot with Westfield in London.

The city complies with the Equality Act 2010 and is accessible for any visitor with Special Educational Needs. KidsZania can only accommodate children up to the chronological age of 14.
There are complimentary carer tickets available, but please be aware that you must provide documentation:

Awareness Wristbands
