If you are a wheelchair user, then the London Dungeon is fully accessible but please make a wheelchair booking online. There are two flights of stairs which are fully accessible and the London Dungeon admits 1 wheelchair user per hour.

There are Carer’s Tickets available: bookings are subject to availability so please book other tickets in advance with a time slot and then you can collect your Carer’s Ticket.
Hidden Disabilities
The London Dungeon is trained to recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard and there are ear defenders available.
You can grab a bite to eat at the end of the tour at the Tavern. However, please note that consuming your own food on the tour is not allowed.
