Witty, honest and casting a critical eye on society, Sara Pascoe has filled arenas all over the UK and appeared on many of the UK’s leading comedy shows. Nominated for the best show at the 2014 Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Awards and Winner of the 2014 Chortle Breakthrough Award, Sara Pascoe is undoubtedly one of the rising female comedy stars of the minute!
Born in Dagenham and raised in Romford, Sara Pascoe was a tour guide in London and then became a comedian. Pascoe began performing stand up comedy in 2007, delivering her first show, Pascoe Vs Her Ego, at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010 which was met with critical acclaim.
Since then, she has performed at Edinburgh Festival Fringe and headlined her own shows, such as Pascoe Vs History (2014) and LADS LADS LADS (2018), as well as appeared on several TV programmes and panel shows including Stand Up for the Week, the Thick of It, Mock the Week, Taskmaster and Never Mind the Buzzocks. She is also now the star of her own highly successful BBC sitcom Out of Her Mind!
Sara Pascoe’s style of humour is highly satirical and dry, often criticising past life events and being critical about society.
Sara Pascoe has not yet announced a tour but she is performing at bussey building on the 4th of June.
