Forming in 1962, Status Quo released 33 albums throughout their highly successful career and enjoyed a breakthrough with their debut “‘Picturesque Matchstickable Messages from the Status Quo”. Composed of band members Francis Rossi, Andy Brown, John Edwards, Leon Cave and Riche Malone.
Remarkably, the band achieved Twenty-two Top 10 UK singles , 29 of their 29 albums made the UK Top 20 and in 1991, they were awarded a Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music. Their most recent 2019 album, "Backbone" was the first album since their guitarist and vocalist, Rick Parfitt, tragically passed in 2016.
